This tiny Nevada container house is as fun and funky as the area in which it is located. The blue paint and large windows that surround the entire structure give it a modern, stylish look while still maintaining a level of kitsch that we love to see. This style is exactly what the tiny container house medium is made for!

Coming in at 160 sq. ft., this 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home includes:

  • 8′ Wide Double Door Entry
  • Murphy Bed / Sofa (Pulls down off the wall and rests on the sofa frame)
  • Bar top area for eating or study.
  • Antique dresser from 1930’s that was restructured and repurposed for storage.
  • Kitchen area with granite top, large sink, fridge and storage.
  • Sliding Barn Door
  • Full Bathroom (Shower, Toilet, Sink & Storage)
  • Curtains and blinds for all windows.
  • 9,000BTU A/C Unit as well as a heater.
  • All necessary hook-ups for electricity/water/plumbing. (similar to an RV)
  • Wood beams
  • Coffee Table(s)
  • Bar Stools
  • Large TV Mount & TV

The large doors that lead out of the side are perfect for letting some of that desert breeze into the home. By opening these doors, you automatically get a bigger, more open feel that is perfect for those hot summer nights. It is a great way to add some space to a tiny Nevada container house.

Inside, the warm wood flooring and accents bring a whole new level of comfort. They add a touch of country cabin to this desert getaway and give it a very cozy, lived-in feel. We love the sliding wood doors and everything else that the designers of this tiny container home have trimmed with that material.

The bar area is another fantastic feature that feels right at home in this tiny Nevada container house. The weaved bar stools and worn feel is so Las Vegas, we love it. The fact that it is located right next to the large side doors makes it perfect for guests and entertaining.

One of the other features that we can’t get enough of is the sleek, black granite countertop. It is a perfect addition that makes this tiny Nevada container house feel modern and contemporary without taking away from the cozy vibe. Not only that, it is large enough to be thoroughly functional, even with the somewhat limited square footage of the home.

There is an almost tiki-bar feeling to the cabinetry in this tiny Nevada container house. The colors and materials are all straight out of a Las Vegas corner bar and we think it is a perfect addition to the rest of the modern furnishings. By applying these two different design aesthetics, it creates something that is entirely unique and unprecedented.

Perhaps the smartest thing that the designers of this tiny Nevada container house have done is the addition of the wood ceiling beams. Lowered wood ceiling beams like these have a way of giving the illusion of height to a smaller space. We think they work incredibly well here and do a lot to bring the whole interior together.

Everything in this tiny Nevada container house is designed to perfection. It is a great use of space, aesthetic and functionality. With all of these fantastic features, the whole home works together cohesively and beautifully.
