1. What this site is — and isn’t
Container Home Hub is an independent information and inspiration resource about shipping container homes. It is not a construction company, an architecture firm, or a design service, and nothing on it is professional engineering, architectural, financial, or legal advice. Building codes, zoning, and site conditions vary widely. Treat what you read here as background and check the specifics with your local authorities and a licensed professional. You use the information at your own risk.
2. Content and intellectual property
The text, images, graphics, and design on this site are owned by Purinsen Translations AB or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share links to our pages, and download or print material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, “mirror”, or systematically extract our content, or remove any copyright or attribution notices, without our written permission.
3. Your contributions
If you leave a comment or otherwise submit material, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate it in connection with the site. Don’t post anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive. We may edit or remove comments and close discussion at our discretion.
4. Digital products
We sell digital downloads (currently a planning guide and a floor-plan inspiration guide). They are planning and inspiration aids created by designers — not construction documents and not the work of licensed architects. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own project; you may not resell, share, or redistribute it. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Because the products are digital and made available for immediate download, by completing your purchase you ask us to start delivery straight away and you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once the download has begun. Separately, as a goodwill policy, if a product does not work as described or you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 45 days of purchase and we will work with you on a resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
5. Third-party links, advertising, and affiliate links
The site links to other websites and shows advertising through Mediavine. We don’t control third-party sites or ads and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices.
Affiliate disclosure. Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that retailer at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we choose to write about or recommend, and it does not affect the price you pay.
6. Disclaimers
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the information is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purinsen Translations AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or its content or products. 9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your country of residence, and nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
